Just spend the 15 extra dollars on a new card that actually comes with everything it should..like a 4850.

Especially when 4850 > 9800gt.

If your going to use it for gaming the minimum card id get is the 9800 but this wont be as good as the 4850 so i agree with everyone who suggested this card, either that or the 4830 which i believe is still better than the 9600
