[SOLVED] Downgrade bios? or reformat window?

hi, recently my ab350mhdv went down and i bought the b450mhdv to replace, i didnt aware with the motherboard 3.2 bios version not really compatible with my current cpu "ryzen 1600 summit ridge"

the reason why i want to downgrade is because am getting this problem when i boots up my window

i'm using kingston hyperx predator m.2
4 wd hdd

after i remove all the hdd and left m.2

asrock just wont reply my emails...

what should i do now?

with the motherboard change, you need to reinstall windows and update the drivers to match the new board.

you may also need to Contact microsoft to reuse your key, they'll activate you manually if there is a problem using the existing key, as long as you explain this was a replacement fora failed part.
