while loading a docment of others always couldn't complete only a second away. why? how solve the problem?

Probably your antivirus scans the file in the very moment it's being written to your hard disk and marks it as virus, instantly stopping the recording and thus interrupting your download at the last moment. Try turning off our AV/Firewall.
