Question Dram and cpu debug LEDs flashing

My specs
MSI Z370 gaming m5
Intel I7 8700
Coolermaster 550w
GTX 1080

The problem started with my old motherboard, an MSI z370 pc pro, everything worked perfectly, one day I cleaned it when I wanted to turn it on, it turned on and off, I removed the ram memories and put one by one, it turns out that only the slot worked 3 and 4, 1 and 2 did not give video and the constant light of dram and cpu, I did not see a solution so I decided to buy another motherboard

I built it without the case fans and without the cooling fan the 4 slots worked.

Oh surprise when I mounted the fans including the cooling one the same problem occurred, I removed the ram and exactly slot 1 and 2 did not work


I tried resetting the bios, updating the bios and nothing has worked

Cooler fan is cooler master hyper 212 evo
