I would want:
48gb ram (gddr7?)
3000mhz auto overclock
512 bit bus (for 192ghz/sec)
28800 Cuda cores
256-288 RT cores
960-1152 Tensor cores.

Not sure what else. Is there anything ideal to maximize the different cores as far as numbers go? Like ideal interoperability.

You might want to contact Nvidia and let them know of what you're looking for. Last I checked they drive the market, meaning they will feed the market what they think is capable of capturing market share, as opposed to listening to perhaps a handful of people when looking at the entire global demand.

If you've got a boat load of money, though that mentality of theirs can and will change.
