I hope this all makes sense. Last year I bought what was supposed to be a AMD Radeon RX 570 off eBay which turned out to be a 580 in a 570 box (pretty sure it had been used for data mining) and back then I was having problems with the driver.
Device manager was detecting the 570 but there was problems with the driver (this is where I figured out the GPU was infact a 580), I can't remember how but I managed to get the 580 driver to work and had zero problems since then.
Fast forward one year and I've just done a fresh installation of Windows but now I'm having the same issues but this time installing the latest 580 driver doesn't work, it looks like the 570 driver is being installed instead.
I've tried uninstalling them and running DDU in safe mode and reinstalling the 580 driver again but this doesn't work. I'm not sure what else to do.
