I know the first thing todo is to reinstall driver but it didn't work out for me. I actually tried reformatting and installing different driver version for my card but still no hope. I have 3 suspect of which part of my PC is broken

1 Video Card - before I use this new card, the card before this also had the same issue
2 Hard Drive - There was a time when my PC hangs. It started to do a recovery but the mystery is that it recovers the newer files than the old ones
3 PSU - There's a time when my PC hangs. The HDD LED is not working (So I guess it failed) But the rest (fans LEDs inside etc) still on. As well as I'm having Ping spikes in my game (I'm Using a Ethernet adapter).

Please tell how can I tell which one is broken. I only have this PC so I cannot test in other build.
Thank you and God Bless

To see a troubleshooting thread devoid of the full system's specs is an indication that you're nervous about what's happening to it. Please list the specs as:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
Chassis:
OS:

We can move up from there.

+1

also please run this tool and post results. http://www.userbenchmark.com/resources/download/UserBen...
It will tell you if all your main computing hardware, CPU, GPU, RAM, Hardrives ETC are performing as expected, below average, or above average. (Try to make sure it is the only program running before you run it)

Can't really say much more until you provide the info he asked for sorry.
