Drivers won't Detect my new monitor

Hello, so previously I had a LG 32" TV on my PC, I used it via HDMI, but now I bought Samsung CF390 Curved 24" monitor which is 1080p, and it supports AMD Freesync, but when I go to drivers (AMD Crimson), it still says LG TV and it says freesync not supported. any clue how to turn freesync on? I have RX 480.

its solved, had to turn on Freesync in monitor options.

so it detects the monitor well and you have all your features enabled?
