Question drop Fps 2080 Q max/ i7-9750H CPU

I don't know what happened but all of a sudden I just have drop fps in all the games I've tried playing so far. I usually play CSGO2, Insurgency Sandstorm. My PC should be able to run all games but After a few minutes i have drop 20-30 fps After a few seconds it returns again 100+ FPS .

Reset the BIOS by jumper clrCMOS or JBAT or similar (eventually you will have to set the boot priority correctly after that)

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

if the charger is not properly connected, could be that the battery is not enough and the energy management goes to a battery saving mode
