I literally just bought these headphones, installed the NGENUITY software, and when I try to activate DTS or the Equalizer, there's simply no change. It shows as active, but there's no difference in the audio. I've reinstalled the launcher, but nothing has changed. I have a serious issue with this because the audio sounds very bad and is affecting my ear health. The bass is TOO loud/strong, and often I can't distinguish certain sounds, unlike with my previous headphones. I really need a solution for this; I don't want to return them as I just bought them :/

Also i have Windows 10 and i already update the ''Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable latest supported downloads (x64 x86)'' and my ''DtsHPXV2Apo4Service'' its on Automatic and running. Please help.
