I am currently running XP Home on my puter and I would like to install 2000
Pro as 2nd OS. I don't have an XP CD because I bought my computer with it
already installed. Is it possible to install 2000 pro without having to do
anything to my XP, such as, removing/reinstalling, reformatting, etc? Is
this situation a 'dual boot' situation or a 'not-do-a-boot' situation? I
appreciate any time and effort you apply to helping me find the answers I am
looking for. And Thank You.

Do you have a second, empty partition for installing Windows 2000?
If you don't, you'll first have to create one using a third-party program
such as Partition Magic 8.

How do I install Windows 2000 after I've installed Windows XP?
