So I bought a Ram last week - G.SKILL Trident Z RGB 8GB (8GBx1) DDR4 3200MHz RAM F4-3200C16S-8GTZR

Single RAM stick can't run in dual channel, need 2 of them.

They are running Dual Channel. You are mixing single / dual rank with single /dual channel.
The rank stuff is simply the number of ranks of IC chips on the stick. You have single rank sticks, and they are running dual channel.
