Dual monitors

currently i have one monitor, planning on getting another soon during christmas. the monitor i currently have has a vga and a dvi port. the gpu i have has a dvi, 2 mini display ports, and a hdmi. what are my options for this.

I assume you use a DVI cable for the first monitor?

If so, you can either use an HDMI cable for the second, or an HDMI to DVI if the monitor does not have an HDMI connector.
