Is XP pro capable of DualBoot setup on same machine alongside Server 2003?

Yes. You'll need an empty drive or partition to dual-boot
Windows Server 2003 with Windows XP. Use the same
procedure to install Windows Server 2003 as you would
Windows XP. Make sure it is installed on a different partition
or drive.
