The HD DVD is dead, but the DVD Forum apparently has not given up hope on the Chinese version of the format yet. Toshiba will chair the Steering Committee over the next two years.

Strictly speaking, I have watched this show when I was a kid with my grandmother. I love this show with all my heart! I watch it all the time, and I even have bought a set of cheap DVD online last few days for collection. Almost 20 years down the line, I see it again and it deals with petty to serious issues, and touches on everything in a humorous way. What a wonder show!!!(more info:http://www.dvdstreets.com)
