Hello
I'm writing because my cd/dvd drive is not working and is not detected in the device manager . I tried everything that I found from other sites to try and nothing works such as Mr. fixit , Driver Cure and even tried to see if the upper and lower filters was listed but no luck.. I have my disk to reinstall the computer to factory setup but the drive isn't working , Can someone give me a decent solution..
