I'm jackin off to the 20.1" LCD I'm gonna be getting at around the time of my B-day as one of my presents, but I realized that in order to run it with the DVI I will need a new vid card. What was that article that did a comparison of the quality of DVI signals?

I did just find 20 bucks under a cd.....but it shall go for a week's supply of 7 11 slurpies

Here is the pickle:
By February will there be new vid cards out? If I recall correctly no, which is bad.
How much u think the price of current ones will go down by then?

Actually from what I've read the R42X should be out by Q1 of '04.

I guess we won't know until then. But even here in Canada, the R9600pro only recently started flirting with the $200CDN level once the R9600XT came out. So I expect the price on the R9600XT to continue down with the release of the RV380.

Of course we will know more come the new year.
