Dynamat Xtreme

Does anyone have any experience with Dynamat Xtreme? It seems like a good way to cut noise, but I wonder how well it works. I also wonder if it would hold the heat in the case more. Any input would be helpful, I'm putting my computer on a noise diet.

you could probly just put it on the two large sides. i wouldnt try to cover every space possible.

i went to the tomshardware forums and all i got was this lousy signature.

Thanks for the input. Do you know anyone who has used this stuff? My only fear is that it will hold the heat in my case and make my system run warmer.
