Planning on getting the E2180 for 50$ on tiger direct

Is this a good buy or is there a reason it's so cheap?

Well, it's an OEM so no cpu cooling. Also I've heard that the E2180 doesn't OC as well as the E2160, but 3Ghz should be doable.

Yup. I can hit 3.2Ghz with my E2180.
