earforce xo one headset not working on pc

how do i use my earforce xo one headset as both headphones and a microphone at the same time

i have looked at updating drivers, but all the software ive found wants me to pay or just doesnt help

That headset is not made for a PC connection, it's made for XBOX or mobile, so for a combo jack on a phone.
