Question Ecotank ET-2710 Ink

Hi, I have bought a new printer and after installing it, pages come out with a slight mark in the top right. It looks like a liquid and is grey in color. I also noticed that the color quality is quite bad but the black if fine. Is there something wrong the way I've installed it? I got quite confused with the initial ink charging process so I may have done it wrong. Is there a way to correct this?

You may want to contact the printer vendor support and check with them. There are cleaning and test pages you can run, but that should not be needed with a new one. Maybe you left some plastic film somewhere that needed to be removed.
