[SOLVED] Edge, sound settings and almost everything else won't stay open. Crashes on launch.

I have Windows 10 up to date and this just started this morning. I have the same version of Windows 10 on my laptop but this problem is happening only on my desktop PC. I have included a video of what's going on.

Any idea what's causing this?

Hello, The first thing to try is restarting (not shutdown as shutdown only hibernates by default). If that does not work, you can try to open CMD as administrator and run "sfc /scannow" - without quotes.

If you cannot open CMD, go to the power options and while holding shift, click restart. It will bring you to a menu where you have to press troubleshoot, advanced options, then startup settings (not repair) it may be on a second page. When you computer restarts hit 4 on the options page to boot into safe mode. From there, open cmd as administrator and run the "sfc /scannow" command again.

If this does not work, restart your pc and it will go into normal mode again, from there go to the power options and while holding shift, click restart. It will bring you to a menu where you have to press troubleshoot, advanced options, and then command prompt. Once you are there, run this command: "chkdsk /f /r /x" (again, without quotes)
