Hey,
I come up with this build around 3 months ago but I left it for a while.
https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/tsqMRJ
And now i will be looking to update/reconfigure the list before I start ordering parts.

My issue is new ryzen cpus have been annouced etc and the new nvidia cards.
And i havent been up to date with it that much.
If you guys could check it out and update it and change it about if needed.
I'm not sure how I feel about the build, I feel like its all over the place.

Goal : under €1000 , need it primarly for heavy photoshop editting. (Already have the monitor and ssd)
Also AMD cpu, as my budget isnt that high. Card can be anything.

Thanks. I would love to get some suggestions.

There's one complication if you're considering the Ryzen 3000 series: You'd need a way to update the BIOS of a 300/400 series motherboard. It's highly doubtful an existing 300/400 series motherboard will be compatible with the 3000 series CPUs out of the box.

Putting the BIOS issue aside, price-wise you'd be looking at the Ryzen 5 3600 to compare with the Ryzen 7 2700 you currently have in place in the build. We're a couple of days from knowing what performance Ryzen 3000 is capable of.

Overall the build seems reasonable. I would consider swapping out the RTX 2060 for a GTX 1660 ti, unless you need the raytracing ability of the RTX cards; and perhaps the PSU for a Seasonic Focus Gold 450W. If you're not overclocking, I would stick with the stock cooler and perhaps spend that money on either the graphics card or PSU.
