[SOLVED] Either prebuilt good?

I've been needing to up grade my pc for a long time (current have a 970 and i5 4690k). I was going to build one myself. Building isn't a problem for me. But when I started looking for parts covid hit. Then the shortage started been trying to get a gpu all that time and have been unlucky and not wanting to pay double price for it the gpu. So I've been looking at prebuilts

I have a better case and a aio for the asus. I know it has a cooling issue .My budget is around these prices and my own parts I picked came out to around 1400 with gpu. But can't get one so what should I do? Which of these would be worth it? I'd prefer going through bestbuy as far as prebuilds since I have the membership and get free warranty and all that.

I would avoid Cyberpower, at all costs, and that Asus case, iirc, has poor airflow. What is your budget?

i wouldn't deal with a CyberPower anything.
they are known to use sub-par components and have terrible customer support.

make sure any pre-built you purchase lists ALL included components make & model;
drives, power supply, memory, CPU cooler, EVERYTHING.
and list those here.

Around $1700ish US$. The airflow is the only real issue I've seen with the asus. I can get a new case and a aio for it from a cousin. That would fix that issue. I don't have issues with transferring it over.

carefully read the warranty exceptions/information from ASUS and any related to Best Buy.
many times manipulating the components can void any such warranties.

Personally I would build it myself. Prebuilts are notorious for skimping on PSUs, putting parts in e-waste cases, using the cheapest possible and special OEM cutdown motherboards, and generally building the PCs poorly. This is not including any damage to the parts that could have been incurred from any shipping of the PC to and from distribution centers et cetera. Check this out;

No need to iirc, just look at the case, lmao. Where does the air come from? Certainly not from the tiny amount of slits on the front. That ASUS case is a figurative cremation case for your parts.

The key cost for you will be the graphics card.
Sign up for newegg lottery.
They will offer graphics cards at reasonable prices. Usually with a bundle.
Once you can snag a gpu, buy the rest of the needed parts to build.
