Enable Boost on a GTX 970 G1 Gaming

How i supposed to turn on the boost on a GTX 970 G1 Gaming?

Boost is automatic.
If you want more boost you need to overclock your GPU using a software like MSI Afterburner.

With this soft you will also be able to check your core clock and mem clock speeds.
You could also use GPU-Z to check only.

And how about the Surround? I used to use FIVE displays in my previously build with a AMD R9 270 but i noticed that i can use only FOUR displays on this board and i will have to do a sli to use my 5 displays... Is there any way to hack it and use my five displays?

Yeah you will "only" (lol 😀) be able to use up to 4 monitors per GPU.
Maybe you can try to enable your integrated graphics in your BIOS and use that to extend your desktop to your fifth monitor.
