Enable LargeSystemcache

Hello,
my pc run very slow, it is good to enable LargeSystemCache.
i have a program SpeedUpMyPC 2011

AND SAID THAT? BUT I M NOT TOO SURE I HAVE TO DO THAT?

I don't trust any of those speed up my PC software. Most times they just wreak havoc with your registry and leave you off in worse shape than you started.
