I've just gotten my first PC build completed, and as i load windows 7 64 bit, none of my usb ports are functioning. I know this isn't hardware because my mouse and keyboard work just fine in BIOS. I assume the setting is somewhere in BIOS but I cant seem to find it. My motherboard is the Gigabyte Gaming 3 and my bios version is F21. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

1| When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs, like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

2| If you can get into BIOS, see if your primary boot option is your USB drive.

3| I asked for specs, since platform post Haswell needed a specific driver to be bundled/written with your bootable installer in order to gain functionality of the USB ports on Skylake(and latter) platforms.
