Question Enabling XMP Profile

CPU: Ryzen 5 3400G
Mobo: Gigabye b450m ds3h
RAM: Gskill trident z neo rgb 16gb kit (2x8) 3200Mhz
Boot drive: Kingston A400 240gb 2.5in SSD
Hard drive: WD 1TB 7200rpm

My RAM is not running at its rated speed. it runs at only 2133Mhz. I know that enabling XMP profile solves this problem. I can't seem to find it in the BIOS. any ideas on how to turn it on? is enabling XMP profile recommended or not? Thank you.

page 22-23 cover that. depending on the firmware version installed the headings may differ but it will not change too much.

yeah. ryzen benefits from all the bandwidth it can get and enabling the XMP gives it all the memory can provide.

I would try the RAMs native speed 3200. then test, if its flaky turn it down a bit.
it should be fine.
