[SOLVED] Epic Games GTA V crashing with an extremely low FPS

Good day/night, everyone.

First of all, this is my setup.

AMD A10 7860k 4,6ghz Quad-Core
8gb RAM 1866MHz
RX 560 4gb

So, as you can see, it's a low-mid end gaming PC. Not that much of a potato. And believe it or not, that was more than enough for me to play the cracked GTA V on High-Ultra settings with a decent amount of FPS. Not just that, but any demanding game you can think of. The Witcher 3, Battlefield 1, No Man's Sky, COD WW2...

Epic Store made the game free now. So I uninstalled the cracked version, and got myself the Epic Store one. Thing is, the game starts at like 2 FPS, and I can't even pass from the loading screen. Really, THE LOADING SCREEN lagged so much my PC simply black screened. Even in my Pentium Dual-Core days, I have never seen a PC fail so hard in trying to run a game.

Anyway, what could be the problem here? I'm really lost, and would appreciate any help that might solve this crazy issue.

Done. No success so far.
Besides, other games don't have this issue. Just GTA V.

Done it!
I reinstalled it. For some reason, the game was only slow on the loading screen. When the gameplay started, it ran smoothly. Now I get 45-60FPS on High settings.
