epson wf-2540 printer problems

printer will not print or barely prints top of paper in landscape mode or on right hand side of paper in portrait mode the ink cartridges are full . Have cleaned the printer head multiple times and checked alignment and still no changes.All cartridges are new. Rest of page printing is ok

New printer or existing printer that just developed the problem?

Does the print problem happen with general printing and/or with test mode?

Have you checked the relevant margin settings with respect to the source applications for the documents being printed?

Have you updated the printer drivers?

Have you updated the printer drivers? yes

Comment: as you know all printing starts on the left hand side of paper in both landscape and portrait mode.it looks like print head is not pressing hard enough on left side.I have observe the movement of print head,but can not see any problem.
