[EQ2] Gobling Mastery

Friends,

I'm working a couple new characters through IoR. On these in
particular, I've gathered a lot more Lore Goblin parts than I have with
other characters.

Is there a place on IoR that you can obtain a Goblin Mastery quest? If
so, where? And can it be completed on the island?

You mean gnoll don't you? As far as I know, the only place to get the Gnoll
Mastery book is by examining the chest in Gnollslayers Keep, next to the
Steppes gryphon station. I, like you, also noticed that gnoll parts seem to
drop frequently on IoR. Just save them all and get the book as soon as you
head to into Antonica. Not sure where it is in Freeport/The Commonlands.

I found some excellent information on the Mastery quests here:

As for your specific question about getting the Mastery quest on IoR, I have
to say, sadly, no.

There's an Isle of Refuge with Gnolls on it? Both my dark elf and
my wood elf started on goblin land. Go figure. 😉

You cannot obtain the goblin mastery book on the isle, keep the parts for
later =)
here is a walkthrough for the book - you can also check out the other
mastery quests on that site, they are well detailed.

It's an interesting fact that once your girlfriend becomes your wife, she
reverts back to gobbling Apprentice 1. I think this is a bug.
