[SOLVED] Error 9 on OS copy with macrium reflect

Got a new drive and I want to clone my OS to it since it is faster than my current boot drive. I get an "error 9: reached the end of file (38)" no matter what i try.
I have run chkdsk, ccleaner, turned off AV, checked drive for bad sectors, gave it more free space, checked sectors (all fine), ran the clone in forensic mode and nothing helped.
It stops at the end of the C partition, if i clone the last partition manually there is no issues but the drive wont boot, so im guessing its failing to copy some important windows system files
Both drives are 1TB
Anyone know of anything else i can try?

Solution
Like I said, i did a fresh win install on a third drive, just some old 128gig sata SSD i had laying around. Then i installed macrium reflect on that and cloned from the old m.2 to the new one while booted on the 128gb sata. In other word I saved myself almost a TB of downloads and hours of tinkering
