I get the following error message on start up: ZHOTKEY.EXE HAS ENCOUNTERED A
PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE. The only thing that appears to be working
incorrectly is my Outlook Express. Now when I click a link in an email
message, nothing happens. Any suggestions?

A search with Google quickly determined that "zhotkey.exe is a process
associated with the drivers for Chicony Keyboards. It manages the special
key functions such as Internet, E-mail, Volume Control and more."

Ring any bells?
