Error Message

When I try to open a program I have run many time before, I now get an error
message reading
the following error accurred while attempting to varify the maximum number
of users allowed by the program.
Error number
5
Description
access is denied
please write this error dwon and refer to the trouble shooting guide for
this product.
I have not been able to find a single thing to help me on this. Any help
would be appreicated
