[SOLVED] Error when installing windows on new computer

When I first start my computer it says,”Reboot and select proper storage device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key”
I have my flash drive with window 10 installation media on it and plugged in and I have even went into the boot menu and selected the drive to boot it on and it still does not work. So I don’t know what to do. Any help is welcome

Did you use the media creation tool to create the installer on USB as it appears from that error that the USB isn't set up as a boot drive.

Well all I did is just go to the windows installation media on another computer and download it to the usb stick if you think it might help I can repeat the process on a different usb stick and try again

Download? did you copy/paste it onto USB or did you run the Windows 10 media creation tool and run that program on your PC to create the bootable USB?
