I've been trying to connect my newly built pc to my ethernet cable, but no luck so far. The lights next to the ethernet port are on, the cable works. When i start the pc the ethernet switches to identifying for a second, before going back to no internet.
When i try to install the realtek driver from the msi website it gives the following error: "The Realtek Network Controller was not found. If Deep Sleep Mode is enabled Please plug the cable". Even tho it says the setup failed the network adapters tab in device manager is still full of WAN Miniport drivers, and when i reboot i also see the Realtek PCIE GBE family controller, but it still doesn't work.
Does anyone have a solution?

Did you load the chipset drivers ? Without them the lan device is not visible.
