Event ID 10016.... This is driving me nuts!!!

I cannot for the life of me fix this issue. I'm having to reboot my computer every 10 minutes or so because of this error......

I've tried everything I could find online to fix it with no luck..... Someone PLEASE HELP!!! lol

What version of Windows are you running?

In addition to tmy question... EventID 10016 is a "by design" event ID. It shouldnt be causing your instability...

Windows 10 Home........ I know... I don't understand it. I've even tried resetting windows. Ive also followed every guide i can find online and it will go away for a day or two then come right back.
