EVGA 1070 FTW LED issue

I recently got the EVGA GTX 1070 FTW and before I installed the drivers i noticed that the LED section closest to the PCI-E power ports was a bit off color wise from the other sections. I thought installing the drivers would fix this but no matter what color it is set to, the LED section is always have a yellow tint/hue as compared to the rest of the LED'S. Is there a fix? If not I'll just return it for a working one at microcenter.

Make sure that all of the connectors are actually plugged in properly on the card itself.
