evga hybrid cooler 980 ti

i have titan x, i installed evga hybrid cooler 980 ti and its fit and work 100% but i have problem the fan of the gpu run full-speed and back to normal sometime take time to back normal. i try to use afterburner to adjust the fun speed but nothing happened.
anyone can help me with that?

Is the fan from the hybrid cooler attached to a header on the cards PCB or you motherboard?

Where do you have the pump and fan connected? Do they both have a unified connector, or are they separate?

The below questions assume that the fan and pump have separate connectors.

Is the fan plugged into the fan header on the card? Where is the pump plugged in?

1) Fans attached as described?

2) I think the radiator fan runs one speed only.

3) blower fan on card should run based on GPU temperature, and should be adjustable in software (it's not needed for the GPU, only the VRM and memory so it really doesn't need to run at full speed if you can avoid that)

*Verify GPU temperature because I don't see why the fan should be running near 100%. I though the GPU temp would stay under 60degC at all times.

yes, still run full speed. but the gpu fan
