Question External SSD cable/connector help

I have an external SSD and when plugging in the power cord and USB the light powers on but it doesn’t show up on my computer. Tried connecting it to several windows computers and Mac computers. I’d like to try connecting it a different way and not sure which cables to get. The port looks like this

It seems like a female Sata port. What cable do I need so I can connect this to my computer and get my photos off?

It’s a 1tb SSD SimpleTech from Fabrik

you mean you took it out of the enclosure?

look like just a sata

My kids knocked it off the desk and it popped open. This is all that was inside. I tried connecting a normal Sata cable that I have my other SSDs connected to in my PC but it doesn’t connect. It’s like I need a male end for both power and data but I’m not sure

Something at an angle from above, maybe. Not straight on.

Look like that the connector to the actual ssd. are you sure that isn't more pieces. or might be stuck to the enclosure

This is all I was given when my wife gave it to me. I do feel like it’s missing something.... like the main drive itself. I’ll have to double check.
