Question ez debug cpu led

i recently got a new motherboard to upgrade my existing one, ive tried to rebuild it but my ez debug cpu light turns on when i try to power on my pc, ive tried researting the cpu, gpu, ram and made sure everything is plugged in properly. ive tried building inside the case, outside the case everything i can think of. when i power it on all the fans start spinning and the debug light comes on then just switches off and wont power on for ages.

my specs:

rtx 2060
msi b450m mortar max
ryzen 5 2600x
cooler master mwe 650 gold
wraith spire cooler
gskill trident v 2x8GB 2400mhz

any help would be appreciated so much.

If the board listed above is a new board, what was the make and model of the older board? How old is the PSU in the build? Which two slots are you populating the rams on your motherboard?

thank you for the reply my old board is the msi b450m gaming plus. the psu is about 10 months old along with all the other components (minus the mb). my ram sticks are in the 2nd and 4th slots as thats what it suggests on the motherboard. thank you again for replying!
