Question EZ Debug CPU Light is off, others are on ?

Hi,

Built a PC in August 2020 (been about a year and a half). PC worked smoothly when first built, been using it for a year and a half with no problems.

Specs:
Mobo: MSI X570 Wifi
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700
GPU: Zotac 2070 Super
RAM: 2x G.Skill 3200MHz 16GB
SSD: Samsung EVO 1TB

A few days back, PC started suddenly switching to a black screen during operation. EZ Debug CPU light is off and other lights (DRAM, VGA and Boot) are on. Fans run at full speed when this happens. None of the components are hot. Restarts are random and not following any pattern.

Tried single RAM stick, reseating RAM in various combinations, reseating GPU, repasting CPU with no luck.

After reseating RAM, sometimes CPU EZDEBUG light flickers on and off consistently at a set frequency. CPU is hot (can be seen via Cooler color coding and touch).

Completely lost, no idea what's happening. Since this is my first PC, a bit afraid of what's happening.

Have you tried the gpu in the other pcie slot? Do you have an older gpu, or a friend with a gpu to test with?
