Question Factory reset stuck at 14%

My pc randomly ran into many problems where I couldn’t open a single application and it was diagnosed I had a virus and needed to factory reset it. It’s been at least 4 hours now and the reset has been stuck at 14% for over an hour now. Is this normal. What should I do?

Have you got to the desktop for the first time yet.
One of my custom built pc's connected to internet via built in wi-hi before I got to desktop for first time which I was alarmed at because at that point I had not av or other security activated.
The reason it took mine a long time to get going was because it somehow went straight to windows updates so it had a hell of a lot of downloading to do.
Not sure if thats the answer to your problem but your factory resetting could be doing the same as my new pc.
