Failed to connect to registry.(1326)

Hi there !

I am attempting to remote shutdown a PC on my network. I have up to now successfully use net view to learn the name of the targets PC (i asked user to change the PC's name so it would make it harder), and use the shutdown \\m in consequence. I them get a error message saying "\\pc-name: Failed to connect to registry.(1326)
What does this mean ? Is 1326 a port or something along those lines ?
Any help is accepted !
