Question Failed windows install

I keep getting this message after my Windows install is done “ reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media” . I get this after my windows install is done on my usb , if I leave the usb inside it just reboots back to the windows setup so I take it out and it says that error message . I haven’t been able to use my pc in 3 days can some one help me

Go into the BIOS and select the storage device that you installed the OS to and select it as your boot device.

i did and it boots in and it just says the sane thing I don’t know what’s wrong

Must have been an install error at some point.
