Question Failing graphics card/artifacting

Hello

Recently, I started experiencing weird artifacting in a League of Legends client/Photoshop. This only happens when I am alt-tabbed for a while and it disappears after I interact with the client/photoshop

My specs
Intel core i7-8750H @ 2.20 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 1060 with Max-Q Design / Intel (R) UHD Graphics 630

My friend is also experiencing the same issue. I think they run it on a Asus Rog Strix Scar II laptop, It only seems to happen on league of legends for my friend no other application or games.
