Fairly new gpu showing red lines all over screen pic included

is my gpu dying? what does this mean?
i just build this pc not even 2 months ago

also this isnt the first time this has happned,
last time i just uninstalled drivers, removed it from my pc, and reinstalled drivers.

i just need to know if i need a new gpu or not or that this issue is something else.

Ps just plugged in the mini hdmi cord that came with the gpu and it works perfertly with no redlines showing, could it be just the dvi wire/port ?
