fallout 4 do you have to have internet to PLAY!?!?!?!

okay i have a limited data hotspot that i can download fallout 4 but DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE INTERNET TO PLAY?!?!?!?!?! i have not yet bought the game so i need feedback i want the game but i can't afford to play online and they don't have it available for ps3 so im stuck please help me!!!

As far i know, no.

You need to download it, after that, you can start Steam in Offline mode and play.
