Okay so, coming from a family of 10, we don't have much money. My parents got their income tax back and got about $1600 that they are saving for bills and presents for the rest of the family. Since our old family computer is dying. (2011 Gateway All-In-One with Integrated Graphics mind you!) my parents decided to let me build them a family computer with a little bit of the money. So my mission is to spend as little as possible with this build. I have to wait for a copy of Windows 7 and for a monitor as it is but I can still build the PC at the moment. The current family computer isn't dead just yet either so..anyways, here's what I got so far:

I plan to start saving a little of my money too for the computer so I might buy the PSU today. Let me know what you think please, thanks.

What is it that you plan on doing with the PC?

That graphics chip is only slightly better then the integrated graphcs. Integrated graphics has taken a good leap forward in the last 4-5 years and is good for anything but serrious gaming. If you dont game then the integrated graphics chip is completely fine. If you do game then that GPU will be hugely insufficient.

Motherboard and RAM is very low quality. If you want this build to last I would suggest you get different brands. For motherboards ASrock is generally the best quality "budget board" and of course ASUS and Gigabyte are good. With ram you can do corsair, curcial, gskill, kingston; just not that TEAM brand as it is crap.

If you dont need the gpu I would suggest getting a crucial m500 ssd drive as that will make the PC much faster for booting and general use.

This build will mainly be for light gaming and internet use. Me and my brother mostly do the gaming and I truly want some difference over integrated graphics so the dedicated GPU is a must.

Alright, but yeah, I was thinking a 750 ti would be great for a budget build but wanted to keep the costs down as much as possible and thought I could get away with lower. Guess not. Thanks for the help!
