Hi guys,

My brand new PC was working great while running win10 for 2 weeks and then, I decided to free update to win11 in last sunday.

Well, after that I noticed that the blue fan leds (3 frontal + 1 back) self turn-off when the win11 starts. It stay ON while POSTING and in BIOS setup, but whenever Win11 start, the leds turn off. The FANs are spinning with no problems... the issue is related to the leds.

Oh yes, sure.

Windows 11 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 22621) (22621.ni_release.220506-1250)
Mobo MSI MAG z490 Tomahawk
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz (16 CPUs), ~2.9GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM PNY
GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

Adding more details, these fans are DC and not PWM.
Going deep on this investigation, I have entered again in BIOS to take a look on fan settings. There are 2 ways to set speed for these fans, static or dynamic and the system set the speed using voltage. When I select static, the fans reach full speed and lights on. When I select dynamic, the fans lower the speed (obviously because of current lower temperature) and then the lights turn off.
Considering this, something in win 11 is controlling the voltage of these fans while wasn't in win 10.
Sorry for any mistakes in grammar.
